Cricket trophy in memory of Arthur Lamb
Cumbria Cricket League is crowdfunding to set up a new trophy in memory of my friend and county council colleague Arthur Lamb, who tragically died unexpectedly in his sleep in January this year at the age of 31. And a week after being launched, their campaign is already 91% of the way to raising the £1,500 target. At the time of his death he was Chief Whip of the Conservatives on Cumbria County Council and a Deputy Chairman of Cumbria Conservatives.
